Delivery time depends on the destination:
• Domestic shipping: 2 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
• In rural or remote areas, it may take a little longer depending on the courier service.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track the package directly on the shipping company's website.
Due to hygiene and safety policies:
• No returns are accepted on supplements, protein, or food products.
• For clothing and accessories , exchanges are only accepted for factory defects or incorrect sizes , provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. The customer will cover shipping costs for exchanges due to size or selection errors.
You must report it within the first 48 hours after receiving the package by sending:
• Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• Your order number and full name.
Once your case has been reviewed, ADNFITNESS will offer you a product replacement or store credit , depending on the situation.
We accept secure payments through Stripe , where you can use:
• Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
• Payments with direct link from our official networks or website.
⚠️ ADNFITNESS never requests bank details or passwords outside of the secure payment system, unless you request them for different local payment methods.
